Col. Dalton promised me a free vacation on the beach in a wonderful tropical location and then told me I would also get paid if I could give just a few hours of seminars on Bank Risk Management.

Well, we went to Saigon, Hanoi, DaNang, and Ven Tu giving seminars on what Viet Nam's entry into the WTO will mean to it and how it will effect it.  Our audience was the State Banking system, the new private banks, and the VN Bankers Association.

We also met with many Government Organizations to conclude agreements for future teaching and training.

While in DaNang I visited Namo Bridge and Hill 190 where Kilo Co. 3/26 conducted combat operations.
